Established in 1984 by Dr. Rahmon Adedoyin, initially as Universal Tutorial College. It gained recognition as a polytechnic in 2009. A private polytechnic offering National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs in fields such as Applied Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Business and Communication Studies. Focuses on producing middle-level manpower with valuable contributions to the socio-economic development of Nigeria.
