Established in 1975 as the Medical Auxiliary Training School (MATS) in Mubi (now Adamawa State) and later relocated and renamed as the School of Health Technology in Takum. A state-owned college focused on training middle-level healthcare professionals. Offers programs in Community Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Environmental Health, and other health-related fields to serve the healthcare needs of Taraba State.
