Established in 2007 by Ebonyi State Government under Dr. Sam Ominyi Egwu’s administration (as the first Executive Governor of Ebonyi State). The school is located at Okposhi Eshi, Ngbo Community, in Ohaukwu LGA of Ebonyi State. A state-owned college of health technology offering diploma and certificate programs in various health-related fields.
