Plateau State Polytechnic, located in Barkin-Ladi, Plateau State, was established in 1978 as a College of Technology. It was upgraded to a Polytechnic in 1980. The institution has two campuses, one in Barkin-Ladi and another in Jos. It offers various programs, including the National Certificate in Education (NCE) with options in technical fields.
