Established in 1976, formerly known as the School of Medical Records. This is the same institution as the first one listed (SCHOOL OF HEALTH INFORMATION MGT (UCH, IBADAN)). It offers National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs in Health Information Management and is a leading training center in Nigeria.
