The School of Medical Records, as it was initially known, was established on October 29, 1982, under the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC). Offers National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs in Health Information Management. The school is committed to producing well-rounded information and health practitioners for the nation.
