Direct Entry Requirements:
(Option 1): Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
(Option 2): Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Physics/Mathematics/Economics/Geography.
(Option 3): OND/HND in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Tech and Engineering (Upper/Lower credit).
SSCE (WAEC, NECO, GCE) Requirements:
(Option 1): Five (5) SSC credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
(Option 2): Five (5) SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics plus a pass in Chemistry and either Economics or Biology.
Jamb Requirements:
(Option 1): Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
(Option 2): Mathematics, Physics and one of Chemistry, Economics and Biology.
