SPECIAL EDUCATION

Direct Entry Requirements:
(i) Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Arts or Social Science subjects.
(ii) NCE merit in Arts or Social Science subjects.
SSCE (WAEC, NECO, GCE) Requirements:
Five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes including English Language.
Jamb Requirements:
English Language and Any three (3) Subjects.
Important Considerations for “Any three (3) Subjects” in JAMB:
While the requirement states “Any three (3) Subjects,” it’s crucial to understand that for most university programs in Nigeria, these three subjects must be relevant to the specific course of study. For example, if you are applying for an Arts program, you will likely need Arts subjects, even if the general phrasing says “any three.” Always cross-reference with the official JAMB Brochure and the specific university’s departmental requirements for your chosen program to ensure you pick the correct subject combination.
Please consult the official websites of the respective universities and the current JAMB Brochure for the most accurate and up-to-date entry requirements for their programs, as requirements can sometimes vary or be updated.
