Direct Entry Requirements:
i. Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Geography or Economics and one other subject.
ii. NCE merit in Geography and other Social Science or Science subjects.
iii. ND/HND in Town Planning, Estate Management, Surveying.
SSCE (WAEC, NECO, GCE) Requirements:
Five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes at one (1) sitting or six (6) ‘O’ Level credit passes at two (2) sittings in English Language, Mathematics and any three (3) of Economics, Government, Commerce, Accounting, Biology, Agricultural Science, Geography, Chemistry and Physics.
Jamb Requirements:
English Language, Any three (3) of Geography, Economics, Government, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Agricultural Science, Accounting and Commerce.
